Terms and Conditions of Trade:

1. Quotes & Pricing All quotes provided by Sydney Tint Solutions are valid for 30 days. Prices are based on the glass dimensions and film type agreed upon. Any changes to the scope of work on-site may incur additional charges.

2. Drying Period (Curing) The customer acknowledges that window film requires a curing period of up to 30 days to fully dry. During this time, small water bubbles or a hazy appearance may be visible. This is a normal part of the bonding process and will disappear as the moisture evaporates. Do not clean the windows for 30 days.

3. Installation & Access The customer must ensure clear access to the glass. Furniture, blinds, and curtains should be moved prior to our arrival unless otherwise agreed. We take all care but accept no responsibility for existing fragile or damaged glass.

4. Warranty Residential installations come with a Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty against peeling, bubbling, and fading, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. This warranty covers the film material and labour. It does not cover damage caused by the customer (e.g., scratching the film with rings or abrasive cleaners).

5. Existing Glass Sydney Tint Solutions is not liable for thermal stress breakage on existing glass that does not meet current Australian Standards (AS1288), or glass that has pre-existing edge faults.

6. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept [Cash / Card / EFT].
